This Privacy Policy regulates the use by K-Direct of the details all our customers provide when using this website.

K-Direct is dedicated to the online privacy of all its users. This policy statement is intended to provide a well-defined explanation of K-Direct's data processing practices.

Orders and Returns (for certain items)


You can place your order in any of these ways:

  • Order online or from your mobile for delivery to addresses throughout Iraq, as well as for collection from participating stores of our network of Iraqi suppliers.


On certain items, unwanted goods can be returned for exchange or full refund only if they are returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt or parcel summary document. For defective items, or incorrect orders K-Direct will provide full refund.

For return items we will send a member of our team to collect.

Please note that goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

Which products are excluded from the refunds policy?

The following items are excluded from our returns policy (unless a K-Direct error): Food, food to order, duvets and pillows, plants and flowers, technology, large domestic appliances, and furniture. These products can only be returned in accordance with customers’ legal rights. Please bear in mind that bedding such a pillows and duvets can only be returned if they remained unopened.


Normally, after order is placed, in-country delivery times take up to a maximum of 2 days unless stated otherwise. However, we also offer an Express Delivery service where we can deliver the item to our Iraqi customers within one day. There is an additional charge for the express delivery service.
